By booking an appointment, visiting our shop, or using zarabarbershop.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Appointments & bookings
- Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled.
- We respect everyone's time — please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations & no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service. Repeat no-shows may require a prepaid deposit for future bookings.
Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Gratuity is appreciated but never required.
Satisfaction
We want you to love your cut. If something isn't right, let your barber know before you leave the chair and we'll make it right at no extra charge within 7 days of your visit.
Conduct
We're committed to a welcoming, respectful space for every client and barber. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a way that's unsafe, harassing, or disrespectful.
